Service Array:
Nature Based Wellness

I grew up in Milwaukee with a scarcity mindset shaped by loss, instability, and exposure to substance abuse and harassment within my family and close circle. Those early experiences taught me resilience and the importance of self-awareness, even when life felt unpredictable.

My turning point came when I realized the power of showing up for myself in the same way I wanted others to show up for me. Learning to extend grace, to myself, to others, and to life’s challenges, this mindset helped me rebuild from within. Finishing my degree at the University of Minnesota during a difficult period in my life was a milestone that reinforced my belief in consistency, discipline, and self-trust.

While at the University of Minnesota, I found healing and purpose as a leader in the Outdoors Club, where I discovered how powerful nature can be in personal growth and recovery. Since then, I’ve made mindfulness, journaling, and movement daily practices that keep me grounded and aligned with my values.

Today, I serve as a community organizer in Milwaukee, focused on building growth, trust, and relationships across neighborhoods. This work matters deeply to me because I believe all people share a common purpose, and when we look beyond our differences and show up for one another, our city’s future shines brighter for everyone.
