Individual Skill Development and Enhancement

I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin where I live with my wife and three kids. I have owned a fitness center for the past 7 years in the community I call home.

When I was younger, I was always slightly overweight which led to me being bullied in middle school. Physical activity and sports were what saved me in high school and college.

It wasn’t until after college when my wife and I got engaged that I found myself struggling with my weight and appearance again. My self-confidence was down, I felt like I was always being judged by my weight. I was depressed with no energy and lack of motivation.

I made the choice to change my habits and get back into shape. After I did this, I fell in love with health and fitness again and what it can do for people, both mentally and physically. Since, I have made it my mission to help as many people as possible, no matter their struggles.

Over the last ten years, I have worked with a diverse population to help them make their own transformations.

In my experience physical fitness lends itself to creating the most effective coping skills and grit to push individuals beyond what they thought was possible.

I am passionate about working with youth in our community and I am excited to see the impact I can have as a We Adapt Mentor.

I look forward to continuing to help our youth through working out and different physical fitness activities.
