Clinical Supervisor
I grew up in Pulaski, Wisconsin, eventually landing in the La Crosse Area after finishing my degree. Throughout my lifetime, I have interacted with youth in past roles as a Big Sister in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program, a Peer Mentor in the Upward Bound Program and as Supervisor for the federally funded Summer Youth Program (JTPA) which focused on teaching youth critical thinking and job skills. I am now a Licensed Therapist (LPC), Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) and EMDR Therapist who maintains a strong desire to help those who cannot advocate for themselves. I have extensive training and experience in treating trauma, including sexual trauma and PTSD, which helps in my role in the organization. My goal is to offer compassionate care to the CC We Adapt Team as a Clinical Supervisor. Our Peer Mentors are amazing, and we are all on this journey together to create a sense of safety and provide unconditional positive regard to our clients while taking care of ourselves. Life is meant to be lived with the help and support of others and the mission of CC We Adapt is very similar to my lifelong mission to help youth.
